Matthew Clemmon brings over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic management, having held significant roles in sales and talent management with prominent organizations such as Dignity Memorial (Service Corporation International), Lenovo Group, Motorola, The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods, and University of Texas Medical Center. Additionally, he has served as the Head of Human Resources at Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Americas Region. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he is a seasoned professional with a background in social psychology, holding an M.A. degree and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Vermont. Dr. Clemmon’s expertise extends to academia, where he has contributed as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s Master of Science Program in Learning and Organization Change (MSLOC).
